Terms of Service — Beyonders
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beyonders Autopilot ("Beyonders", "the Service") — a dashboard and automation tool that manages your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and reads your Shopify store data to calculate true profit. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Beyonders connects to advertising and e-commerce platforms you authorize and can, based on rules and settings you configure, take automated actions on your behalf — including pausing ad sets, scaling budgets, scheduling budget changes and generating creatives. You are responsible for the rules, thresholds and settings you enable.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must own, or be authorized to manage, the ad accounts and stores you connect.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must comply with the terms of the connected platforms (Meta, Shopify, Stripe, Google) and with all applicable laws and advertising policies.
- You remain responsible for your advertising spend. The Service changes budgets and campaign states as you configure; review your automation settings carefully.
4. Automated budget changes — important
Beyonders can change ad budgets and pause/activate campaigns automatically. You acknowledge that automated actions affect real ad spend. We apply the safeguards described in the product (for example a maximum daily step on the optimizer), but we do not guarantee any particular advertising result, return on ad spend, or outcome. You can disable automation at any time in your settings.
5. Plans, trials and billing
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with access to all features at Starter-tier usage limits. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, paid features may be downgraded to the free tier.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break security or access other users' data, no use for unlawful, deceptive or platform-violating advertising, and no reselling of the Service without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.
7. Data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we process and how. You can delete your account and data at any time via Settings → Delete account.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyonders is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for advertising spend, losses or results arising from your use of the Service or from automated actions you configured. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
